Major General Alexei Leonov, famous for being performing the first spacewalk in 1965, and for commanding the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project (ASTP) 10 years later. These are his only two spaceflights, but if the Soviet Union had won the race to land on the moon, General Leonov was selected as the first Soviet person (and, in that scenario the first human) to walk on the moon. Oh, and he paints. HE FUCKING PAINTS. Just seems like an all-round good man.
